WHAT YOU WILL DO
: The Administrative & Programs Coordinator is a non-exempt position responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Refugee Integrated Services program to ensure that Refugees attain self-sufficiency through service delivery. The coordinator will provide the program with administrative support to individuals seeking services, including walk-ins, intakes, data entry, report writing, referrals for services. Provide administrative support to the program as requested. Develop relationships with social service partners to identify and secure additional resources for clients. Coordinate all in-kind donations. Conducts Assessments, Screenings, Intakes, Service Plans, Family Self Sufficiency plans and ensures that they reflect the needs and goals of clients. Works to ensure that files and client documentation is kept in and orderly appropriate manner that meets the clients, agencies and funder needs. Ensures that payments made to or on behalf of clients are accurate and in accordance with Gulf Coast and funder guidelines. Assists in the preparation of reports for Finance and Programs as needed Prepares, collects documentation and submits in Gulf Coast JFCS and funder databases. Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual narrative and data reports as required by agency and funding sources for review and submission by Directors. Assists with planning and publicity for program events, such as outreach, educational, and engagement activities. Performs all other duties assigned by the Director of Refugee Integration Services.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
High School graduate or a professional secretarial/ administrative training, with a minimum of two (2) years in administrative or related experience. One (1) year of experience in refugee services programs is preferred. Bilingual a plus, to meet the language barriers with clients who speak and understand native languages of Pashto Dari, Spanish, Creole, and other languages spoken by clients. Must participate in at least 5 hours of continuing education/training per year. Must have experience working with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and case management systems. Must have a valid drivers’ license with auto insurance coverage.
