This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative & operational functions, providing support to various departments, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry and clerical duties. Utilize QuickBooks (desirable, not required) for financial record-keeping Quote, Invoice clients on Aviation operational software Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and records. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients over the phone. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members. Coordinate purchasing of replacement parts for repairs. Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and operational. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed. Requirements Experience (desirable-not required) in an administrative role or similar position. Proficiency in QuickBooks (desirable not required) and Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
