Position Responsibilities:

Prepares, compiles and maintain information and operational records in the assigned area. Screen telephone calls and receives and directs visitors. Resolves routine inquiries from the medical staff, patient and/or customers. If the inquiry can not be resolved, directs to the appropriate person or party. Schedules and maintains calendar appointments, meetings and travel itineraries for the department chief. Prepares and distributes minutes of meeting or follow ups on assigned area projects.

Qualifications:

Technical or Associate Degree is preferred 3-5 years experience in a multi-physician practice setting / healthcare industry experience.
