YOUR DAY-DAY
+ Manage supplier relations, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries. + Reconcile budgets and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Support production operations. + Interface with Accounts Payable for timely vendor payments and invoice processing. + Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of team activities.
YOU HAVE
+ Proficiency in budgeting and financial reconciliation. + Experience with Accounts Payable and supplier relations. + Accounting or related field or experience is a plus + Strong organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills + Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite TelevisaUnivision is an equal opportunity employer.
