Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership & Admin Coordinator to support our Membership Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury hospitality, experience using 7Rooms or similar reservation platforms, and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish or Italian . You’ll be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a front-facing representative of Casa Tua for members and VIP guests Manage member check-ins, reservation support, and concierge-style service using 7Rooms Maintain up-to-date records of memberships, renewals, and member preferences Support the Membership Director in coordinating member communications and events Prepare reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel and internal platforms Collaborate with internal teams including Events, Restaurant, and Guest Relations Maintain discretion, warmth, and efficiency in all interactions Social media marketing skills desired

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in high-end hospitality or luxury service environments (hostess/front office/guest relations) Experience using 7Rooms or similar CRM/reservation tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general admin tools Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish or Italian preferred Exceptionally organized, polished, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality, people, and providing unforgettable experiences
