The Coord-Admin Support I will ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and completion of day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to time reporting management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Conduct audits of time records to identify discrepancies and address issues promptly. Prepare and submit timekeeping reports and forms to management. Coordinate with other departments, such as payroll and HR, to ensure smooth timekeeping operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent interpersonal skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Possess high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work. Must be flexible.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
