Our team is comprised of highly trained third-party professional individuals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset. KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.  We are looking for a dedicated individual who can seamlessly integrate into our team and ensure that all training coordination tasks are handled efficiently during this eight-month period. This individual must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage the coordination of rosters including distribution, collection, review and filing rosters for in-person learning programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Interface with internal departments, offshore teams, facilitators, and learners to resolve issues regarding missing rosters, signatures, and other related documentation, escalating to leadership when appropriate. Run reports to produce rosters and accommodate last-minute changes, ensuring rosters are up to date for upcoming programs. Retrieve and analyze post-program attendance reports for prompt processing by offshore teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years’ experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong prioritization, time management, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word (experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred). Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently. Competence in analyzing and interpreting data reports.
