Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and proactive Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest or client experience. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, self-driven, quick to learn, and capable of taking initiative without constant direction. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage scheduling and coverage needs — including arranging or providing overnight shift coverage when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front desk team members and daily operations to ensure high standards of service and professionalism Provide guidance, coaching, and training to front desk staff; support a culture of learning and personal growth Respond promptly and professionally to guest/client issues and complaints, using sound judgment to resolve problems effectively Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate shift coverage , including nights and overnights as needed Perform front desk duties as needed, including guest check-in/check-out, appointment coordination, or visitor assistance Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain smooth daily operations Stay informed on office systems, tools, and protocols, and promote consistent adherence to policies Demonstrate ownership of responsibilities and willingness to learn new systems or skills independently

Requirements:

Prior front desk, customer service, or administrative supervisory experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly self-motivated , eager to learn , and comfortable with self-teaching when needed Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be available to manage or provide overnight coverage on occasion, as operational needs dictate Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use front desk software (e.g., scheduling systems, communication tools) No cash handling responsibilities ; all transactions are processed digitally or through administrative systems

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Night shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed
