Responsibilities include monitoring the Facilities inbox and Vixxo portal, coordinating vendor services, managing preventative maintenance contracts in CoStar, and overseeing shipping, receiving, and mail distribution (including hearing aids and government PO Box retrieval). This role also supports supply management, and communication with landlords and property managers.
