– Paramount Power, Inc. is seeking an Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our Service and Administrative teams in the fast-paced emergency power service industry. Qualified candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and correspondence Scanning, copying and filing paperwork Data entry (enter customer information and products, add schedule maintenance, add customer notes) Manage calendar Enter schedule maintenance Schedule and document all department commitments for repairs, maintenance, installation Notify customers of scheduled PM dates as assigned Log and track all service work orders. Reconcile all open tickets Assist departments when necessary Skills Previous experience with procurement/bid process preferred This position requires excellent communication skills both oral and written as well as the ability to work well in a team environment Proficient in the use of

E-Mail, Microsoft Office:
