Court Clerk Processing Supervisor Location:
Sarasota, FL (34237)
Terms:
6-month contract to hire (Onsite 8a – 5p, M>F)
Duties:
This position requires a motivated candidate to perform a range of essential supervisory duties of the Courts Division. The ideal candidate is analytical, has strong written and oral communication skills, and has demonstrated leadership skills in their prior employment. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Candidates should have experience delegating work assignments, as well as managing schedules and workload in accordance with policies and procedures. In addition, experience with training others to perform daily work is a requirement. Additional duties may be assigned as they relate to the Mission of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Education :
High School diploma or GED required. ( Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this position ) Experience Five years of progressively more responsible administrative experience and hands-on work experience with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications required. Management Experience A minimum of one to three years of experience in a management, or supervisory, capacity is required for this position.

Ability to utilize Windows-based applications Ability to input data into various computer programs 10-key by Touch Typing Communication skills: Ability to use excellent and appropriate oral and written communications when interacting with internal and external customers and reporting to management.
