Branch Support Administrator JSC Systems 1985 Corporate Square, Longwood, FL 32750 Are you organized, reliable, and ready to be the backbone of a busy branch office? We’re looking for a motivated Branch Support Administrator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Incoming Calls:
Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Material Management:
Receive and manage incoming materials and deliveries, including processing RMAs and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
Permit Coordination:
Pull and process low-voltage permits with surrounding counties. (Minimum 1 year of experience required.)
Accounts Support:
Collaborate with Project and Service Managers to support collections and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Administrative Support:
Assist with any day-to-day office operations directed by the Branch manager to keep everything running smoothly. Other duties assigned manager/supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in an administrative or support role Must have experience with low-voltage permitting and working with county jurisdictions JSC is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
