Position Summary:

The Total Rewards and Administrative Coordinator supports the effective delivery of the organization’s Total Rewards programs and provides Office Services assistance for employees located in our Kennesaw, GA office. This role is responsible for day-to-day benefit administration support under the direction of the Total Rewards Director, Executive support, employee engagement support, property management coordination, and general office services coordination. It requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.

Total Rewards Administration:

Support the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit programs and policies in a timely, professional, and confidential manner. Assist in the preparation and distribution of benefits-related communication materials. Assist with the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process. Process and reconcile benefit vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and coordinate ongoing education for current employees. Support employee engagement initiatives, including Quarterly Anniversary celebrations, holiday events, and recognition activities. Participate in HR-related administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Office Services Administration:

Manage ordering and stocking of office supplies, including free company snacks, beverages, and other consumables to ensure availability and a welcoming office environment. Plan and order the company-provided breakfast on Tuesdays and lunch on Thursdays, ensuring timely arrival, proper setup, and adherence to budget. Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, vendors, and employees when needed. Assist with the office space organization and liaise with property management for facility maintenance and service requests. Ensure office utilities and equipment are functional and that facility repairs are completed accurately and timely. Manage incoming mail, faxes, and correspondence distribution. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executive leadership as needed.

Experience & Education Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years of experience in employee benefits preferred 1 to 2 years of office administration experience

Location/Travel:

Ability to work on-site in Kennesaw, GA minimum of 3 days per week.

Computer Software/Hardware Knowledge:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including

Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Must be able to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, talking & hearing constantly. Occasionally lift up to 7 lbs. on occasion with assistance. Must be able to sit in front of computer monitor(s) daily.

Noise level:
