Job Description

Description We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to contribute to our operations at a construction site in Covington, Georgia. As an Administrative Coordinator, your role will involve managing administrative tasks essential for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the site. Responsibilities

  • Efficient and accurate processing of construction site badges to comply with security protocols
  • Ordering, tracking, and maintaining necessary office and site supplies
  • Ensuring the construction trailer is always clean, organized, and fully functional
  • Keeping accurate records concerning badging, supplies, and operational expenses
  • Providing administrative support to the site team, which includes scheduling and filing tasks
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services
  • Assisting in compliance requirements, like managing documentation for site audits or inspections
  • Utilizing skills in ADP – Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Budget Processes, Calendar Management, and Communication
  • Ensuring the construction trailer’s schedule for cleaning, inventory, and functionality checks is well-managed
  • Troubleshooting basic office equipment issues as required. Requirements
  • Proficiency in ADP – Financial Services is needed
  • Familiarity with creating and managing Banner Ads
  • Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings is required
  • Must be proficient in Concur for travel and expense management
  • Experience with CRM software for customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of About Time software is required for time tracking and management
  • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively and professionally
  • Understanding and experience with Budget Processes in the construction industry
  • Proven skills in Calendar Management for scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
