Do you like helping people? If so, we’re looking for a Supervisor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and will take pride in their ability to support the overall success of the team at our growing healthcare provider. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising our medical staff, as well as providing ongoing support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and supervise nursing staff. Know state and federal regulations regarding patient care. Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team. Mentor other healthcare providers. Maintain patient confidentiality. Ensure that quality care is provided to all patients.
