Position Overview:

The Administrative Coordinator I provides administrative support to CORE’s Mobile Onsite Division by managing all medical documentation gathered by the Onsite Technicians on a client’s site and processing the information per the unique specifications of each client. This role will carry out duties with varying degrees of independence as directed. Job performance requires time management, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) : Review all completed medical test documentation obtained by the Onsite technicians of the client’s employees for the sake of precision and accuracy. Input verified test information into varying databases and formats based on the clients’ request and specifications. Ensure the Administrative Coordinator III is aware of any issues or concerns regarding the documentation provided by the Onsite Technicians. Maintain a high level of accuracy in all document processing, data entry, and reporting. Utilize time management skills to provide clients with their documentation within their requested response time frame. Respond to clients, patients, and medical providers with exceptional customer service via all forms of communication and in a timely manner. Assist in billing clients for services using various processes and systems. Provide support to internal teams to achieve divisional performance targets. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is required. Some college classes

None Experience:

  • 2 years minimum of MS Excel skills is required. 1
  • 2 years administrative support in an office environment is required. 1
