Join our growing team as a Manager and help drive the smooth day-to-day operations of our fuel station company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee administrative operations across multiple fuel station sites Manage office supplies, correspondence, and vendor relations Coordinate payroll, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping Support HR tasks including onboarding and maintaining employee records Ensure compliance with safety and company policies Liaise with management and field staff for efficient communication

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with fuel station or retail operations (preferred but not required)
