Job Description RATE:

$15.73 – $19.73/hr. On W2 Administrative Coordinator role participates in all activities related to the development, implementation and subsequent operation of programs and systems that primarily support the State Bail Administrator and Judicial Response Service Manager. Coordinates the administrative activities of programs or initiatives that the administrative office is responsible for: Distribution of cell phones and related information to Trial Court judges assigned to Judicial Response; Receives and processes, and audits monthly reports on bail from 200+ Bail officials; Coordinates scheduling and logistics for training events related to judges and bail officials in collaboration with subject matter experts; Develops operating policies, procedures, and forms; Provides continuing technical advice and support to court personnel; Analyses statistics, develops and updates databases on judicial appointment and contact information, to assist in administration of programs, upgrades in operating software, and prepares reports on program activities; Assists in planning and implementation activities of new programs and initiatives. Desired Skills:

Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Public Administration, or a related field — Required; 4 years Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience — Required; 4 years Proficient in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications — Required Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with court officials, judges, attorneys, and the general public — Required Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality — Required Capable of working independently and setting work priorities — Required Demonstrated reputation for ethical and moral behavior — Required
