Summary
The position of Lease Admin Coordinator II requires significant attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills. The position is responsible for auditing contractual language, processing packages for sales, and interacting with internal and external customers.
Essential Functions
Work with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin team members for general questions or escalations related to lease package questions.
- Assist Ryder Sales organization with researching and troubleshooting challenging or complex packages.
Process Lease packages.
Additional Responsibilities - Testing new technology as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

Qualifications - H.S. diploma/GED required
- Three (3) years or more previous work experience and one year of Lease Administration experience required

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
