Stephens Hospital Summary:

The Administrative Supervisor RN role assumes clinical and administrative responsibility for the hospital during specific assigned hours. This role provides direct supervision, assistance and acts as a resource to staff, providing support, development and communication to all departments. Varied Shifts.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
2.

License/Certifications:

Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Current ACLS, PALS and NRP Certifications required or must obtain within one year of start date or in accordance with department guidelines.
3.

Experience:

One year demonstrated clinical competence and leadership or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
