Administrative Coordinator for Garney Constructions’ N. Kansas City, MO office. The Administrative Coordinator in Marketing plays a vital role in bridging the gap between administrative operations and marketing initiatives within the company. This position ensures the smooth execution of marketing strategies by managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role qualifies for hybrid work.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Coordinate and oversee administrative processes across company stores
- Primary administrator for the shared inbox, handling incoming and outgoing communications
- Coordinate with external vendors for shipping, printing, and related services to support marketing and operational needs
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and distribution of promotional items for internal and external use
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of logistics for bi-annual company meetings and special events

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to learn and use a variety of software tools, including Adobe InDesign, Cosential, Canto, and Microsoft Office 365
- Proficient in oral and written communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage digital assets, documents, and project files efficiently across multiple platforms
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- College degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
