About the Position This position is located in the Health Administration office and will be working with several different departments under Health Administration. Job duties include but not limited to creating Purchase Requests, Payment Requests, and entering them in the correct system. Tracking the Health Administration budget, initiate independent contracts, to include Contract Workers. Find solutions to unexpected problems that arise using resources as available. Process information in Q-Pulse to order supplies/equipment. Process information in the accounts payable database to pay invoices. Practice exceptional customer service skills with agency staff and outside customers. Respond to emails within 24 hours of receipt. Assists other Health Administration staff as directed by the Chief Administrative Officer. Administrative duties for the Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Financial Officer. What you’ll need to be Successful A successful employee would need multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. An applicant should be willing to be a team player who can work in a fast-paced setting.
