Administrative Coordinator The Elder Law Life Care Planning Center Shallotte, NC Do you want to make a career out of helping older people with one of the most important aspects of living? Then come join our bustling Shallotte elder law firm seeking a part-time to full-time Administrative Coordinator team member. We need you if you have an event-planning background, a strong sales background, or attributes of a great salesperson and event planner. We want someone with a strong drive to succeed, someone who loves to learn and implement what they’ve learned for the greater good of themselves and their community. Your day will fly by quickly as this position has intense relational interactions throughout the day with both prospective clients and established clients of the firm. This position requires heavy client prospecting and client interaction, coordination, scheduling, and tracking for future progression through our proven client management system. Our ideal candidate has a built-in passion for top-notch customer service with a confident customer service/sales background, who understands why we have two ears but only one mouth; in other words, the importance of listening with the innate ability to redirect and ask relevant questions with the goal of helping our community by enrolling a prospect as a client. Compensation:

Job duties include answering the telephone and screening calls, reception coverage, client intake and general office support.
Qualifications:
The candidate should be extremely proficient in Outlook for calendar and email with the ability to efficiently and effectively manage a heavily loaded calendar. You should have an associate degree, bachelors preferred, with refined telephone and interpersonal communication skills, a solid work ethic and a desire to take a long-term position with a future for growth. Fast but accurate is what we need. Our office is highly SOP-driven. Candidates will be required to enhance and improve quality assurance as it pertains to their position. We are seeking a self-starter who is self-directed with common-sense and quick start abilities, Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office Suite experience required. Zoom and Canva experience preferred. To work with our team, a positive attitude is a must. We desire to only work with like-minded team members who understand the importance of positivity and gratitude. You must have patience and empathy dealing with all age ranges, but particularly older adults. You must have the ability to cheerfully take constructive correction and re-direction with the knowledge and confidence that such correction and re-direction is intended to make you the best version of you that you can be. Prioritize assigned tasks with outstanding organizational skills. Candidates must possess exceptional computer skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, be detail oriented, is flexible to changing priorities, and maintain focus and composure under pressure. Must have own vehicle for Post Office deliveries, handling all aspects of off-site events, travel to Wilmington satellite office or courthouses as needed and other assignments as directed.
