We are searching for our next customer service Rockstar to join our Admin Team as an Administrative Coordinator. If you have creative problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for learning new things, this might be the role for you. Our Administrative Coordinators are business-savvy Team Members who excel in everything administrative, including scheduling appointments, directing internal communications, faxing, scanning, printing, or making coffee. As a result of their attention to detail, you can find our Administrative Coordinators accepting payments, calming a patient, retrieving lunch for the team, returning lost items, returning phone calls, ordering supplies, opening the mail, planning activities, installing software, making a list twice, arranging schedules, updating social media, filing, updating documentation, checking-in patients, or checking-out patients. The Administrative Coordinators are the first face our patients see upon arrival and the last face our patients see when departing; simply put, they are the face of Centricity Research. With a daily emphasis on delivering first-in-class customer service to our patients, our Administrative Coordinators consistently offer administrative care that our patients tell stories about.
