Administrative Coordinator
We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. Operating within the financial services industry, your role will primarily involve back-office operations, with an emphasis on maintaining the precision and integrity of mortgage-related documents. Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in effective communication with Closing Agents to verify wire instructions
  • Utilizing CRM to manage customer relationships and interactions
  • Leveraging ADP for financial services-related tasks
  • Coordinating and managing calendars for team members
  • Answering inbound calls to assist with customer inquiries and issues
  • Overseeing budget processes within the department
  • Utilizing Cisco Webex Meetings for team collaboration and Concur for travel and expense management.
  • Proficiency in using ADP – Financial Services for managing financial tasks and operations
  • Experienced in creating and managing Banner Ads for promotional activities
  • Ability to efficiently use Cisco Webex Meetings for facilitating virtual meetings and collaborations
  • Expertise in Concur for travel and expense management
  • Mastery of CRM tools for managing customer relationships and interactions
  • Familiarity with About Time for effective project management and time tracking
  • Skillful in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Understanding of budget processes and ability to manage financial resources effectively
