Event Administrative Coordinator 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Durham, NH USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Under general guidance of designated supervisor, manage event logistics, risk management and behavioral support within NH 4-H Teen Conference. This is a short-term position that will aid in pre-conference and conference event coordination. This position requires the person work in cooperation with event coordinator and support volunteers in preparing for and executing a large-scale youth event. The successful applicant will be a highly proficient communicator, have high attention to detail, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of 4-H youth development program is a plus. Duties/Responsibilities Coordinating logistics : This includes participant registration, accommodation needs, medication and health forms, vendor relations and ensuring all necessary supplies are in place. Administrative support : Handling parent inquiries, maintaining event registration database, preparing reports and submitting incident reports. Event execution : Assisting with the setup and teardown of event, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
Communication:
Interacting with parents/guardians, participants, chaperones, vendors and staff to ensure everyone is informed.
Problem-solving :
Identifying issues and making critical decisions to ensure successful outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience :
High school diploma required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
