You’ll coordinate clinical trainings and events, assist Executive Nursing staff, and serve as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners. I deal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Maintain and organize department records, reports, and correspondence. Maintain nursing committee minutes and track attendance. Maintain professional education contact lists and speaker bureau. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate department activities for the Center for Clinical Impact training sessions and conferences. Develop and process departmental invoices, supply orders, and expense reports. Assist in procurement processes for new vendors. Support nursing staff with administrative tasks, including registration for RN credentialing programs, training, and interviewing event preparation. Manage and update departmental databases and filing systems. Assist in preparing training materials, handouts, and presentations for clinical training sessions. Coordinate logistics for conferences, including registration, travel arrangements, and accommodations. Schedule and set up meeting rooms and training facilities with necessary equipment. Compile and distribute agendas, schedules, and attendee lists for training and conference events. Liaise with vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth execution of events. Track attendance and feedback from clinical training sessions and conferences for reporting purposes. Perform other administrative duties to assist with departmental efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in healthcare administration or office management is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
