Administrative Coordinator Our client is a leader in educationoperating as a nonprofit, with a mission focusing on equaleducational opportunities for individuals with disabilities in NYC.Extremely stable, in existence over 50 years This position will beMonday through Friday 8am – 4pm located in Staten Island, NYExcellent benefits substantial PTO! Fully paid medical, generousretirement plans, and in addition to your PTO, over 30 days off inthe summer! The right individual is detail oriented, friendly andpossesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Front desk responsibilities including but notlimited to greeting and assisting parents and students,distributing mail, etc. Phone support, professionally handlingincoming calls. Setup of school tours / providing schoolinformation as needed. Liaison with departments such as HR, mainoffice, finance Ad hoc responsibilities including direct supportfor Principal, budgetary requests, attendance, or payroll relatedinquiries.

Experience Preferred:

2 years of experience, nonprofit aplus not a must Ability to work independently a team. Associates orBachelors degree a plus Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
