We recognize the importance of each team member’s contributions and provide a supportive atmosphere where your efforts are acknowledged and rewarded when we reach our goals About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Administrative Manager to lead the administrative functions of our growing firm. In this key leadership role, you will oversee office management, technology implementation, compliance, financial oversight, and client account processes across multiple offices. You will work closely with firm leadership and departmental heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support long-term strategic initiatives. What You Will Do Strategic Planning & Operations Oversee administrative operations and develop policies to enhance efficiency. Drive workflow optimization, operational infrastructure, and office management initiatives. Partner with leadership to ensure administrative practices align with firm goals. Facilities & Office Management Manage office space planning, facilities maintenance, equipment procurement, and vendor relationships. Oversee security protocols and coordinate office renovations and improvements. Technology & Information Systems Collaborate with IT to implement systems supporting accounting, document management, and cybersecurity. Champion the adoption and integration of new technologies across departments. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards. Coordinate internal audits and manage external audit responses. Budgeting & Financial Oversight Assist with administrative budgeting and monitor expenditures. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality or performance. Leadership & Team Development Supervise and mentor administrative staff across departments and locations. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Client Accounts Oversee the e-filing process for tax returns, resolve rejections, and ensure billing of WIP in Axcess. Manage client billing, including time tracking, invoice generation, realization reports, and billing for NY and FL offices. Qualifications & Attributes You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in administrative management or office operations. Practical experience with tax return filing , including e-filing and issue resolution. Demonstrated success in office management or administrative leadership roles. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and responsiveness. Proficiency with Axcess and QuickBooks Online is preferred. Outstanding communication skills , both written and verbal, with a professional and clear style.

Full-time Pay:

$95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
