Residing on the list of the Engineering News Record (ENR)’s Top 500 Design Firms in the nation, TPD is currently hiring an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the management of federally and state-funded projects with PennDOT oversight, as well as the administration and oversight of County Infrastructure Programs (Roadway, Bridges, Trails, and Parks). Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects for a variety of clients. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparation of correspondence, letters & reports, from draft to client-ready documents Willingness to learn PennDOT electronic systems to assist in establishing and monitoring agreements Data entry and maintenance of Tracking documentation Assist with PennDOT Municipal Services coordination Assist with the creation and data input for Annual Budgets Assist with various phases of the project life cycle through completion Assist managers with project status updates Assist with submissions to outside agencies Maintain submission deadlines and assist with consultant follow up as needed Coordinate calendar, travel and meeting logistics Assist project team in maintaining accurate project information Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) 3+ years of experience supporting management level Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDFs (Adobe/ Bluebeam) Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent spelling, grammar and proof-reading skills Experience with technical writing (transcribing, formatting technical reports & letters) Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional manner Self-starter with strong multi-tasking, time management and follow-up skills. Proactive approach and ability to prioritize. Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent workflow and meeting deadlines Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent customer service skills to represent the organization with clients, affiliates and outside agencies and to efficiently obtain the information needed Don’t meet every qualification or skill in the description?
