We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and act as a point of contact for employees and vendors! This role offers training and career growth! We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team! In this role you will be working with clients and vendors, while maintaining professional working relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist vendors and clients with questions in a professional manner
  • Process and review work orders for completion
  • Negotiate vendor costs
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports
Requirements:

1+ years of office experience, preferably in an administrative capacity Proficient with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel) Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills
