Job Description:
Summary:

Seeking a responsible Administrative Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Coordinator include providing support to the Dean, of the College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP) and a support role to the chairs, program directors and faculty of the Division of Nursing (DON) and Department of Health Nutrition and Exercise Sciences (HNES), assisting in daily office needs and managing the college’s general administrative activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take minutes at all CNHP meetings as requested by Dean, Department Chairs and faculty
Coordinate all CNHP and DON office supplies.
Manage all CNHP invoices and maintain a log of respective cost centers on a monthly basis.
Coordinate and execute CNHP, DON and HNES events as requested.
Assist students on a regular basis with questions, appointments and so forth.
Communicate via email or regular mail with CNHP students as needed.
Attend to the requests of the CNHP Chairs, Program Directors and faculty.
Develop, manage and maintain all Nursing student files both electronic and paper.
Manage all clinical contracts for MSN students with the MSN Program Director.
Manage all MSN preceptor packets for clinical, educational, and administration practicums, including mailings and summarizing of evaluations.
Assist adjunct faculty as needed with requests related to their CNHP courses.
Monitor, maintain and update documentation for accrediting agencies from outside
agencies for the CNHP Programs (CCNE, ACEND, CAATE, SBON).
Coordinate work-study student process for the CNHP departments.
Oversee and monitor CNHP Instagram account.
Assist with major projects involving the Dean, Chairs and Directors of CNHP.
Assist and contribute to the planning of marketing and communication efforts for the College. Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

Associate’s degree
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
