Job Description
Administrative Assistant / Publication Coordinator Confidential Stroudsburg, PA 18360 Under the direction of the Executive Director includes but is not limited to: Greeting members and visitors, in person and telephone Supporting internal programs available to the community Assisting with coordination and scheduling of programs and events Coordinates details of events Maintains calendars Committee liaison, scheduling meetings, distributing documents Maintains membership files relating to programs, continuing education, contact information Coordinating publication of incoming legal ads Administrative support to the Executive Director and members of the Boards Orders office supplies as needed Assists in the preparation and invoicing of legal ads Limited bookkeeping functions, such as recording payments received Website maintenance Sets up/breaks down meetings and events Microsoft Office experience required

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour
