Talent acquisition-focused event talent onboarding. Assists in attracting, hiring, onboarding, tracking certifications, and promoting hospitality talent. Job Duties:
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Department to identify, hire, train, and promote top hospitality employees in the industry. Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent resource files, records, and documentation. Helping with the review and communication with job applicants for open positions. Responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of the onboarding checklist process for all new hires. Assist with onboarding and training new employees to help prepare them for a successful team integration. Assisted with onboarding training for new employees and helped prepare them to be part of the team. Assists the Training Manager in training initiatives, including assigning employees to training, following up on training requests, and reporting on training courses and records. Performs regular reviews of Talent files and records to ensure all necessary documents are collected and filed correctly. Provides clerical support to the Talent department with special emphasis on onboarding, training, and referrals. Conducts or assists with new hire orientation. Assists with planning and executing special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, training, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Assist with event footage and be part of the team to capture employee footage to help develop the teamwork social media platform. Performs other duties as assigned.
