Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the closing process, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and third parties to address any questions or issues during the closing process.

Compliance:

Verify compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, ensuring all transactions adhere to company policies and industry standards.

Document Preparation:

Review, prepare, and finalize documents, including contracts, disclosures, and closing statements.

Problem Resolution:

Identify and resolve discrepancies or challenges that arise during the closing process promptly and efficiently.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide regular updates to management on the status of closings.

Customer Support:

Provide exceptional support to clients and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive closing experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer usage is essential. Experience in title review, curative processes, or the mortgage/title industry is advantageous.

Core Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on active listening. A service-driven mindset with the ability to effectively resolve customer concerns. Proficient in computer operations and quick to adapt to new software systems. Excellent organizational skills, paired with a high level of attention to detail. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
