Vendor Coordinator Our client, a reputable construction company in the Summerville, SC area is currently hiring for an Vendor Coordinator role with competitive pay and growth opportunity!
Role Responsibilities:
Manage complete order life cycle from inception to delivery. Answer all customer requests and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. Verify prices, manage change orders, and additional components. Schedule all orders and promptly gather all order requirements. Follow up on all submittals to ensure timely approval and processing. Coordinate with multiple teams and departments to assure accurate and on-time product delivery. Daily management of job progress and customer satisfaction. Assist in scheduling field support visits to resolve any issues and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Maintain system data accuracy and integrity. Participate in team activities and back-up other departments as needed.
Necessary Skills:
Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus. Must have experience working with customers and vendors, being their point of contact. Good written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years of customer service or project-based work. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
