Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare proposals in collaboration with the sales team and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining detailed reports for the Publisher and VP, utilizing tools such as Excel and CRM platforms.
  • Input and manage data in systems like NewsPaper Manager to keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct market research and outreach to potential prospects to schedule meetings and explore new business opportunities.
  • Support the team by designing effective PowerPoint presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including answering inbound calls and managing calendars.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing detailed insights to leadership.
  • Assist with budget processes and ensure financial records are maintained accurately.
  • Organize and participate in virtual meetings using tools like Cisco Webex to support team collaboration. Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data management systems such as NewsPaper Manager or Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to conduct research and communicate effectively with potential clients.
