We’re recruiting for a Seasonal Administrative Coordinator to join a dynamic team at a local organization supporting summer camp operations. This role offers part-time hours, great flexibility, and the opportunity to work with inspiring individuals during the summer season.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Seasonal Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting camp counselors for the summer program.
Your core responsibilities will include:

Onboarding Coordination:
Enter onboarding information for 100-150 camp counselors each summer. This includes managing tax IDs, IDs, and other required paperwork. +
Follow-Up Support:
Proactively follow up on missing information and ensure accurate onboarding completion. +
Timesheet Administration:
Once camp starts, oversee weekly timesheets by communicating with counselors, ensuring timely submissions, and providing one-on-one assistance as needed. +
Data Entry:
Quickly and accurately input data into systems while ensuring precision with ADP platforms.

To be successful, candidates must: + Have experience working with ADP systems—comfort with payroll and HR processes is a must! + Demonstrate fast and accurate data entry skills. + Possess excellent communication skills and the patience to gather required paperwork from camp counselors who may need extra guidance. + Thrive in a role with a mix of independent work and direct interaction with staff. + Be available to work 15-20 hours per week, with in-office availability required on Thursdays and Fridays, plus flexibility on one other weekday of your choice.
