Job Description
Administrative Coordinator Confidential Knoxville, TN 37921 Local construction company seeks qualified office professional. Duties will include, but not be limited to, answering telephones, reception, , personal secretary to top-level management, will be a backup to accountant/office manager, meeting preparation, scheduling and follow-up for our field service technicians. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all Microsoft applications including, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Access. Must be a motivated, self-starting team player with great customer service skills. Great time management skills, attention to detail, and follow-up are crucial. Relaxed, family-like atmosphere, with a Monday thru Friday 8a – 5p schedule.
