Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop valuable administrative skills.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Manage phone systems by answering and directing calls appropriately
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handle inquiries from clients or customers in a professional manner
- Run errands as needed for various tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service skills
