Hendersonville/Gallatin, TN Minimum starting salary: $19.80/hr+ (pay based on experience) Position Summary The District Administrative Support Professional (ASP) is an hourly role that serves as a strategic partner to the district leadership teams, providing high-level administrative, operational, and communication support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The District ASP ensures seamless coordination across departments, supports compliance and reporting functions, and exemplifies the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to district leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and correspondence. Serve as a liaison between district leadership, store teams, corporate departments, and external partners. Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, and communications with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate district-level events, training sessions, and community engagement initiatives. Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion. Support budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and procurement processes. Maintain associate records, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with HR and regulatory standards. Monitor and support district initiatives such as charitable giving, customer communications, and operational audits. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate, retail, or HR environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to learn internal systems quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality. Professional demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

Experience supporting multiple managers or departments. Familiarity with HRIS systems, scheduling platforms, or customer service tools. Prior experience in retail, health and wellness, or communications support roles.
