Management Job Description:
The Game Technology department is responsible for the development and deployment of all technology used within our experiences. The Administrative Coordinator (Technology) has the integral responsibility of aiding the department in all areas (pillars) of Game Technology.
Compensation:
Starting pay range of $18
- 21/hour ($40,500
- 47,600/year with calculated OT)
- based on experience

Monday-Friday plus weekends (depends on installation schedule, weekend work often includes accompanying rest/off days during the upcoming workweek) Emergency Travel /

Yes Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- On-the-job training for skills without prior knowledge/experience
- Projects
- Pre-wires / Installations / Infills / Renovations Assist Project Leads with the Planning and Organization of Upcoming Projects Booking Travel Airfare, Lodging, Ground Transportation, etc.
Creating Wiring Sheets / Wire Calculations Integrating the IT, A/V, and Security Plans Preparing Kick-off Documentation Organizing Jobsite Notes / Feedback Order & Maintain Project Material Inventory Perform travel trips as needed
- Pre-wires / Installations / Infills / Renovations Update & Maintain Install SOPs and guides.
Controls Engineering Assist with sourcing and/or ordering of new game products/materials Assist with the organization of new game content/documentation Assist with shop build doc redlines Assist with creating new project HMIs / HMI changes Assist with new development documentation Act as a fill-in for Development Meetings in the absence of the Controls Leadership Electronics Production (support as needed) Assist with ordering production items/consumables Assist with the production queue as needed Assist with restocking as needed Assist with Fulcrum auditing Assist with Kanban maintenance and expansion Leadership / Administrative Assist with resource planning for Projects Assist with interviewing Assist with onboarding & passport tracking Assist with the organization and review of the department’s CapEx / Operating Budgets Assist with new department documentation/sheet drafting Assist with the dissemination of department communications/updates Perform department finance approvals Perform timecard approvals Maintain Office Inventory Tools, Common Supplies, etc.
