ABOUT THE POSITION
VHB’s Winooski, VT office is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily business operations and ensuring efficient office management. We anticipate about 15-20 hours per week with the potential for increased hours over time. This role requires on-site presence at our downtown Winooski office with no option for hybrid or remote work. Responsibilities Uphold VHB’s brand by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and guests, while ensuring that all common areas are presentable and run in an efficient and professional manner Support daily operations with regards to office supplies, equipment, and food orders. Assist with on- and off-site event planning and coordination for meetings, holidays, fundraisers, and other events. Performs administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, printing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, shipping packages and sorting/delivering daily mail. Assist with organizing and setting up conference rooms for presentations and virtual meetings Skills and Attributes Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as accept direction on assignments Self-motivated, highly organized, and very detail oriented Qualifications 0-2 years of related experience in an office setting
High School Diploma or GED Hiring Salary Range:
The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $18/hr – $22/hr. The final compensation will be based on a variety of factors such as individual qualifications, education, and experience.
