Responsibilities:

Run aging reports and collect on outstandinginvoices Apply ACH payments and work closely with other staff whoare applying check payments Handle deposits as needed Communicatewith customers both written and verbally Escalate collection issuesto department managers quickly Collaborate with offshore team as itrelates to client statements Work closely with clients as itrelated to credit holds. Analyze amount owed/authorize releases asnecessary

Experience Preferred:

Minimum 2 years of collections / ARexperience Experience in large or well-established service or HVACIndustry a major plus! Intermediate Excel skills Strongcommunication skills Able to work independently and meet deadlinesINNOV2024
