Collections Specialist About the Opportunity Join our client, aleading national services organization, as a CollectionsSpecialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managingoutstanding accounts, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuringtimely debt resolution while maintaining positive customerrelationships. Key Responsibilities Lead collection activities foryour assigned region to prevent aging of current balances Makeconfident outbound collection calls and handle incoming inquiriesin a metrics-driven environment Negotiate payment arrangements andsettlement offers with customers Process payments and resolveaccount discrepancies and short payments Collaborate with theBilling team on credit adjustments Monitor payment allocations andidentify unallocated payments Provide exceptional customer serviceregarding collection issues What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree infinance/accounting or equivalent work experience Prior collectionsexperience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteCompetitive attitude with resilience in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills This position offers comprehensive trainingand the opportunity to work with an experienced collections team ina dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
