Summary As a Collection Agent at Gordon Auto Wholesale, you will be instrumental in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments. This role is vital in supporting our mission of providing accessible automotive financing while maintaining positive relationships with our customers. Responsibilities Conduct account analysis to assess customer payment histories and outstanding balances. Negotiate payment plans with customers to facilitate timely collections. Utilize financial software to track and manage accounts effectively. • Communicate with customers regarding their account status and payment options. Document all interactions with customers for record-keeping purposes. Collaborate with team members to improve collection strategies and processes. Provide excellent customer service while addressing inquiries related to accounts. Qualifications Proven experience in collections or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
