Impact Revolutionize Intelligence Collection:
Dive into the dynamic world of single and multi-INT collection platforms. Evaluate ISR platform performance, operational effectiveness, and mission achievements to set new standards of excellence. Define the
Metrics of Success:
Establish robust Measures of Effectiveness (MoE) and Measures of Performance (MoP). Develop comprehensive assessment reports and summaries by extracting performance data from SIPR and JWICS, turning raw data into strategic insights.
Craft High-Impact Assessments:
Produce clear, persuasive reports—including ISR Platform Effectiveness Assessments and General ISR Assessments—that inform key stakeholders and guide operational decisions.
Drive Operational Excellence:
Disseminate your insights to leadership and assist in the planning and oversight of ISR asset deployment and integration. Your analytical prowess ensures that every intelligence asset and operation contributes to a stronger mission outcome.
Manage Critical ISR Requirements:
Oversee theater ISR requirements, support the development of PED (Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) processes, and provide essential administrative support for SIGINT Mil-to-Mil agreements with allied nations.
Strategic Planning and Continuous Assessment:
Prepare, update, and review OPLANs/CONPLANs, briefings, and TTPs for airborne ISR assets. Monitor collection results and generate sensitive reconnaissance operations (SRO) assessments, delivering timely, weekly and monthly updates aligned with J32 Joint Chiefs of Staff directives. What You’ll Need to
Succeed Proven Security and Trust:
A TS/SCI
clearance with polygraph eligibility is required along with U.S. Citizenship.
Expertise Through Experience and Education:
Bring either a Master’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or a Bachelor’s with 17+ years of impactful service—ensuring your expertise is both deep and current. Commitment to
Professional Growth:
Successfully complete the
USCENTCOM
Collection Management Course and pass the
DIA CCMP-F
certification exam within one year, demonstrating your dedication to mastering cutting-edge collection strategies. Deep Operational Insight (Preferred): A strong grasp of intelligence collection methodologies, force management concepts, and

Pay Range:
