The Opportunity:

We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command’s Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM’s primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on political issues and military topics that affect regional and transregional security issues and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance

J2’s priorities in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

As a Collection Manager (ISR) you will have the opportunity to engage with analysts to determine intelligence needs, identify and develop possible collection postures/strategies, and convert these intelligence needs into collection requirements to satisfy

USCENTCOM

intelligence requirements.
Support solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation, registration, prioritization, and validation of GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT Collection Requirements to support standing policy.
Translate received requirements into discipline-specific language IAW SOPs and Combat Support Agency (CSA) guidance, including maintaining associated trackers, internal requirements trackers, and collection requirements programs of record.
Research, manage, and align IC collections requests to

USCENTCOM

Theater/IC priorities and guidance.
Balance time sensitive requests with standing collections requirements to ensure appropriate deployment of ISR assets, including managing the daily/weekly Joint Intelligence Prioritized Collection List/Component Intelligence Collection List database, as required.
Monitor and provide routine updates to requestors on the status of

USCENTCOM

collection requirements.
Review existing collection requirements including development of ISR utilization and contribution summaries, management of issues and requirements, and tracking databases/assessments.
Solicit, assess, review, and publish HUMINT Report Evaluations from the

USCENTCOM

analytical team.
Develop requested products reflecting current and future collections operations and posture for the

USCENTOM AOR.

Identify/document technical and functional ISR system needs.
Support associated coordination and communication with external/subordinate organizations, as required.

Qualifications:

Required TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
Relevant specialized training and Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree
An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle
Previous Collections Management experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of a collections management team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers. Desired Experience with current
