Now Hiring for a Medical Collections Specialist!! Team Members are eligible for bonuses/commission based on the amount that they collect on as an individual contributor and team. The collection team has great retention because of pay incentives and culture!!!
MUST HAVE

Job Description:
The collections specialist is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls from patients regarding their outstanding medical bills.
- Explain to patients their insurance coverage, deductible, copay, etc.
- De-escalate patient and address questions and concerns
- Facilitate payment plans or obtain payment in full
- Maintain patient records and documentation
MUST HAVES
1+ year of collections experience and solid job history tenure
Shift:
Monday
- Friday; 8 AM
- 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM
- 5 PM (will need to work until 6 PM on Mondays or Tuesdays
