This critical role focuses on managing chargebacks, ensuring timely collections, and supporting the integrity of the company’s financial records. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in consumer collections and chargeback resolution, as well as a proactive, detail-oriented approach to AR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process chargebacks, payment reversals, and customer disputes Investigate chargeback claims and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and accurately Monitor outstanding balances and follow up consistently to reduce delinquencies Enter billing and collection data accurately and maintain up-to-date records Communicate effectively with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries Work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure proper billing procedures are followed Generate regular AR reports and assist in month-end reconciliation processes

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, chargeback management, and consumer collections Strong attention to detail with solid investigative and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in a product-based or wholesale/distribution environment is a plus
